Participants had the opportunity to learn some new methods and approaches and transferred them to their classes.Thanks to the seminar about the importance of play as educational activity in the child development process the participants provided children highly motivated for activities. Also they observed a show lesson using special didactic materials designed for encouragement of comprehensive development of preschool children and shared their experiences with their colleagues after they returned to their countries.All participants got an informative brochure about the methods offered through activities at the workshop.All partners expanded cooperation with other experts and institutions in the same field. Participants learned how the game impacts on the learning process in early childhood and how the problem solving techniques relate to their lives through mathematics.They explained how to include families in this training with practical examples. Participants shared their knowledge and experience with their colleagues through peer education after they returned to their countries .This investment based on experience sharing and knowledge transfer contributed to corporate and social growth. They recognized new people and cultures. They developed their knowledge and skills and had a chance to compare their working methods and systems.They gained success in project work by making decisions about how the project would be carried out. The participants got a certificate through the learning outcomes they acquired for the purpose of learning and education, and had knowledge about European education systems. They learned how to use web tools. Participants had cross-cultural awareness and improvement in language learning and teaching. Awareness of EU values emerged.
